The school announced the move Monday before the 19th-ranked Cowboys hosted No. 16 Iowa State. Clark has been arrested twice since the start of 2014. He was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of outraging public decency, a spokesman for the Stillwater jail said. He also was arrested on Jan. 1.
