Adidas Superstar Trainers Core Black Store

Today the partnership of adidas Originals and Japanese retailers Mita Sneakers delivers the latest rendition of the classic Adidas Superstar Trainers Latest. Aptly titled the ‘Mita Python’, this tidy colab features a predominantly black premium nubuck upper, contrasted by streaks of red tailing off through the tongue and heel tabs. Faux snakeskin sparingly finds application in the heel and midfoot three stripes, complementing the overall attention to detail taken in the design.
Being the Chinese Year of the Snake, it’s only fitting that Adidas Superstar Trainers White Best pulls out all the stops in honouring the slithery serpent. We saw the application applied nicely earlier this year with the release of the ‘CNY’ Pack, and once again these scaly stylings find their way back onto the Superstar 80s silhouette. Featured in a dark grey snakeskin, the classic shape camouflages turquoise accenting and is served on a traditional white outsole.
Following on from the recent ABC Mart Animal Print Pack adidas have dropped another hunter/predator Adidas Superstar Trainers Core Black Store duo. Both these zebra and leopard releases feature fleecy printed uppers, white shelltoes and midsoles bedded on black outsoles and are flanked with contrasting stripes. This women’s pack joins a plethora of jungle inspired releases of late and is bound to send the punters wild.
Longtime lovers of animal-printed proddy, atmos are back with another reptilian treat. Soaking the Adidas Superstar Trainers good quality in snakeskin, the Tokyo boutique don’t stop with a simple scaly sneaker – these nocturnal predators also glow in the dark! Available in-store July 7, atmos have also cooked up a colab with their countrymen, as Japanese brand Bounty Hunter will release matching tees.
After smothering the Nike Tennis Classic in smooth suede and shimmering metallic silver, Hong Kong institution CLOT turn their attention to the classic Adidas Superstar Trainers Slip On Navy Shop. It’s a colab with cutting edge designer Kazuki Kuraishi, who has been laying low since his much vaunted adidas ObyO range of a few years back (we last saw him in our 2011 Best of the Best rocking a pair of New Balances!) The light and breezy summer-lovin’ sneaker reprises their past colabs, with a breathable royal blue mesh complemented with a creamy white shell toe and outsole.
