Following the announcement of the Team Canada roster for Sochi 2014 on Tuesday, speculation has begun about which of the three goaltending candidates should become the starter, Roberto Luongo, Carey Price, or Mike Smith. The two names that are being bounced around most are British Columbia native Price and Montreal native Luongo. Both have had very successful seasons to date, with each players goals-against average sitting around the 2.20 mark. They have similar save percentages as well, with Price besting Luongo by a small margin at .928. So if you were head coach Mike Babcock, who would be your starting goalie? Luongo is a veteran in international competition, having competed in both the 2006 Turin games and winning gold in his home country at the Vancouver 2010 games. He averaged 1.76 goals against in the 2010 games when he was the teams starting goaltender. The Vancouver Canuck is currently at a disadvantage due to injury. Hes had a slow start to 2014 after suffering a groin injury in late December that caused him to miss three games, followed by suffering a lower-body injury shortly after his return. Luongo is expected to miss a week or two of action, making it a close call for him to return to form for a strong start in Sochi. Price is already a six-year NHL veteran but will be playing in his first Olympics. The Montreal Canadiens star keeper has been showing his best abilities for Team Canadas management this past month, going 7-3-2 since the start of December. Smith secured his spot on the roster by posting a goals against average of 2.89 and a .911 save percentage for the Coyotes this season. Sochi would not be the Kingston, Ontario natives first IIHF rodeo. The Phoenix Coyote represented Canada in the 2012 World Championship but similar to Price he is a first-time Olympian. With all things considered who should Team Canada choose as their starter in Sochi? As always, its Your! Call. Ty Montgomery Packers Jersey . He also won two tournaments in 2013 and thrilled Canadian fans by reaching the final of the Rogers Cup last summer. He capped his impressive year Thursday by winning the Lionel Conacher Award as the 2013 Canadian Press male athlete of the year. Datone Jones Packers Jersey . -- Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston says Seminoles coach Jimbo Fisher was on the money when he said that the Heisman winner might play two more years of college football. http://www.packersnflfanatics.com/Black ... ay-Jersey/. Both sides are having domestic troubles going into their meeting in Tuesdays Champions League round of 16 first-leg match, but it is arguably Barcelona which has more to prove. Saturdays 3-2 loss at Osasuna, coupled with Real Madrids 4-2 win over Levante on Sunday, left the defending Spanish champion 10 points behind its bitter rival, which has dropped only eight points all season. Letroy Guion Packers Jersey . U.S. District Judge Anita Brody says she fears the fund may not be large enough to cover up to 20,000 retired players for 65 years. Lawyers have given her more data to weigh since she rejected the deal on a preliminary basis in January. Jason Spriggs Packers Jersey . Here are some of the best from Week Three and players to watch for Week Four: TOP PERFORMERS Andrew Harris, RB, British Columbia (203 YDS, 1 TD, 23 touches at Saskatchewan) - 27-year-old Canadian runner had compiled 3341 yards and 22 touchdowns from scrimmage over the previous two seasons and he burst through with a monster game against the Roughriders last week. DOVER, Del. -- His chase for a Cup championship all but over, Joey Logano turned his pursuit toward Dover history. Logano dominated at Dover International Speedway once more and took the checkered flag in the tracks Nationwide Series race for the fourth straight time. Logano became the first driver to win four straight races at Dover in NASCARs second-tier series. He pulled away in the No. 22 Ford down the stretch Saturday and was never seriously challenged for the win on the mile track. "Its been my favourite race track ever since I started here," he said. With good reason. Logano has swept the two Dover races the last two seasons. Loganos Ford, however, flunked post-race inspection because both sides off the front were too low. NASCAR will announce penalties later. Logano, who started on the pole and led 106 laps, won for the third time this season. Four drivers have won 11 times in the No. 22 Ford, all with crew chief Jeremy Bullins. Brad Keselowski, AJ Allmendinger and Ryan Blaney have all won in the No. 22. "There were a lot of streaks to be kept alive today and we managed to pull that off," Bullins said. Kyle Larson was second, followed by Kevin Harvick, Brian Vickers and Elliott Sadler. Sam Hornish Jr. was 17th and had his points lead shrink to four over Austin Dillon with five races left "If we could have lived up to our potential today, I would feel a lot better about it," Hornish said. "We go to some tracks that I really like. Theres not a place that I dont like that were going to go, so Im really excited about what weve got." For all his Saturday success, Logano has yet to transfer those regular wins to the Sprint Cup series. He has had only one top-five finish in nine career Cup starts at Dover. He blamed a string of bad luck that derailed his Dover Cup races.dddddddddddd "Ive had a lot of fast race cars here there were capable of running top fives," he said. "Ive had loose wheels, Ive had a flat tire, Ive had motors blowing up. Ive gone through a lot at this race track." Logano made the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship field in his first season at Penske Racing, though it came with a dash of controversy because of the Richmond scandal. His team was placed on probation after radio traffic appeared to show Front Row Racings crew chief and spotter talking about David Gilliland giving Logano a pivotal spot on the track in exchange for something unidentified from Penske Racing. He blew an engine in the first Chase race and finished 37th. He was 14th last week at New Hampshire and is buried in 12th in the standings. "Were not out of it yet," Logano said. "We can still win it. Weve got a tough road ahead of us. We really cant have a bad race in the next eight." Logano would find some solace in helping Roger Penske win the Nationwide owners championship. "I would love to be on the list of guys to help him do that," Logano said. Cup drivers led the way at Dover, but Larson again showed why he could be a force in years to come. Owner Chip Ganassi will promote the 21-year-old Larson to the Cup Series in his flagship No. 42 Chevrolet. Larson is among a new wave of young drivers considered to be the future of NASCAR. He had a few hundred reasons to feel good about his Dover trip. Larson was legal to gamble in the tracks adjacent casino and won more than $600 dollars on Friday night. NASCAR said an unidentified crew member on Morgan Shepherds team was hospitalized after the race.
