unable to launch the game

I am unable to launch the game. So I had the issue were I was unable to launch the game, or even the launcher itself for that matter. The problem seems to be an important Windows update that's gotten itself stuck in limbo and doesn't install properly. I recommend using the "Windows Update" feature in the Control Panel to try the update manually. Most probably when you do this, the updater will get stuck or you'll get an error message saying one of the updates didn't install correctly.
Could someone please give some suggestions?.I went through many resources and also checked launched video but did not get any solution.Please help.
Any help will be appreciated.
