XC90 wouldn't start this morning - need a replacement that won't break the bank

So I went out to my 2017 XC90 this morning to drop the kids at school and the car just refused to start. Got the classic slow crank and then nothing, dashboard lights flickering and all that drama. Had to scramble to get the family sorted with an alternative ride, which was not how I wanted to start my day. The battery is the original one from when I bought the car, so it's about six years old now, which I guess is pretty good going for a battery in this climate. But now I'm in that position where I need to get it replaced quickly because I can't be without the car for too long with my work schedule and all the school runs. I called the dealership and honestly their quote made my eyes water, I know Volvos aren't cheap to maintain but that seemed excessive for a battery replacement. I've been asking around and a couple of colleagues mentioned that there are some good independent workshops in Musaffah that work on European cars and charge much more reasonable rates. I'm looking for Affordable battery change for Volvo cars in Musaffah because I've heard you can get a quality battery fitted for a fraction of what the dealer charges. The thing is, I'm a bit nervous about going to a non-dealer because I know Volvos have all these electronics and I've read that you need to reset the battery management system when you fit a new one, otherwise the car doesn't charge it properly and it can affect the start-stop function. Has anyone here had their Volvo battery replaced at a workshop in Musaffah and had a good experience? I'd really appreciate some recommendations because I don't want to mess this up but I also don't want to overpay.
