This Greenback colorway of the New Balance 998 Grey Red Supplier comes dressed in various shades of Green and is inspired by the American paper currency from the 1860s. The Greenback was actually issued during the time of the Civil War, which is the reason why the shoe is done in Green and Gold premium suede. The White midsole below and the White laces cleans up the look of the shoe and gives it a nice pop.
The New Balance 998 Green Comfort is known for its sleek look and use of premium materials. This new pair is no different as it comes in a Fall-friendly colorway.Looking at this New Balance 998, we see that it features a combination of suede and mesh on the upper. Black covers the majority of the shoe with contrasting grey detailing landing on the “N” branding and the heel.
This premium iteration of the New Balance 998 Off White fashion starts off with a Black base done in a premium nubuck construction. Adding to the aesthetics of the shoe is the reflective Silver accents placed throughout the upper. Although it’s hard to tell in these pictures, there allso appears to be some Dark Navy sprinkled on the upper.
Menswear designer Todd Snyder has linked up with New Balance to create his own 998. Utilizing New Balance’s NB1 customizable program, Snyder took inspiration from New York’s Old Town Bar to create this Black And Tan New Balance 998 Stock. Looking at the shoe we can see that it is covered in black and tan suede and mesh all throughout the upper with some speckled detailing on the midsole.
Made in conjunction with the Chicago-based leather company, Horween, is this luxe variation of the New Balance 998 online for Fall 2016.Flaunting a premium construction of hazelnut brown leather across its entirety, the model is pronounced with touches of textured 3M silver overlay on the toebox, back heel tab and “NB” logo on the side panels. Dark red orange accents are also applied on the inner lining, heel counter and laces to emphasize its bold design even more.
