International Scouting Services is releasing its first prospect ranking for the 2014 NHL Draft and theres a somewhat familiar name at the top. The independent scouting network has Kootenay Ice centre Sam Reinhart leading the list, followed by defenceman Aaron Ekblad of the Barrie Colts and Swedish forward William Nylander.
